I am a Mom who wants to instill the love for reading in her two children. When I was a little girl, my parents read to me over and over, creating my famous bedtime battle tagline of "More 'Tories!" It wasn't just to delay sleeping, I truly love to read. My three year old son has now created his own of "One more story!" while holding up his tiny index finger. I think I'm off to a good start.
Hours and hours can go by while I'm searching online for our next children's book to read. I thought I'd create a blog where I can post our thoughts on one of our favorite past times. That way we can share our love for books with others.
Lately, I try to find the time to read books for me too. Not just board books to my children and books about child rearing, but actual adult books! It's been a long time coming that I've wanted to squeeze this back into my daily routine.
So, this blog is dedicated to the love of reading. I'll focus on children's books plus adult books as well from time to time.
